Molchanovs WAVE1 (2 days)

Join a freediving community designed by freedivers, for freedivers. You will learn to control your breathing and body to meet your own personal best. Based over two days, this course will consist of some time in the classroom working on freediving theory, time in the pool and time out in the ocean.

Take your first steps towards becoming an elite freediver, with the Molchanovs System. Created by elite freedivers for freedivers, this course will introduce you to freediving and the amazing community and training, available at your fingertips. Revolutionary to Australia, this exciting new course arms you to get started on your freediving journey.

In Wave 1, Students learn the basics of freediving, uncover their natural freediving ability and dive up to 20 meters. The course starts with a theoretical component online before starting the course. You will then revise the course work with your instructor before heading out to a pool session. After the pool session is complete. you head to the ocean to really put your theory and drills to practice.

After the course, you will be introduced to the Molchanovs community… where the freediving journey really begins!

Our 2 Day Molchanovs Wave1 Course can be completed on the weekend:

Pre-Requisites

1. Molchanovs Medical Questionnaire - before signing up for this course you will need to review this form, if you answer YES to any of the questions you will need to complete a medical assessment with a qualified dive doctor. If all of your answers are NO, you do not need to see a dive doctor for a medical clearance

2.  Minimum age 15 (Age 15 through to 17 may join with parental consent) 

3.  Must be able to swim 200m with no aids and tread water for 10 minutes.
